What you will do

• Triage and investigate security alerts from internal tooling and external monitoring partners.
• Manage the security operations ticket queue, ensuring priority and timely resolution of investigations.
• Coordinate incident response activities, including containment, documentation, and post-incident analysis.
• Respond to threat intelligence and digital risk alerts regarding brand abuse or exposed credentials.
• Collaborate with security engineering to improve detection coverage and reduce false positives.
• Operate the phishing simulation program and coordinate remediation training for users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or threat detection.
• Experience investigating alerts across endpoint, identity, cloud, and SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency with SIEM platforms, log analysis, and security monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of attacker techniques and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
• Ability to use scripting or AI tools to automate and improve security operations.
• Must be prepared to relocate to the Boston, MA office.

• Relevant security certifications such as Security+, CySA+, SSCP, GSEC, or GCIH.
