What you will do

• Analyze client business goals and existing infrastructure to identify security gaps and risk tolerance.
• Architect tailored security strategies including network security (SSE), endpoint protection, and cloud security.
• Drive the entire sales cycle by collaborating with account managers and developing RFP responses.
• Act as a thought leader by researching emerging threats and engaging with the cybersecurity community.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust security architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role involving the design and implementation of complex solutions.
• Deep technical knowledge in OT, ICS, and IoT security.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the Texas region for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications: CISSP (strongly desired), GICSP, CCIE-Security, CISA, CISM, CEH, CHP, SANS, PCI-QSA.
• Previous experience in a pre-sales role or working for a systems integrator.
• Familiarity with the Purdue model, NERC CIP, and NIST SP 800-82.
