Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in software engineering.
• Strong programming proficiency in C++ and Python.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration within large engineering organizations.
• Passion for safe, fully-electric, self-driving technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with AV/Robotic simulation development.
• Proficiency with game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or PhysX.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, gym environments, or LLMs.
• Expertise in modern C++ and Object-oriented Design.
