Location: Must be physically located in and working remotely from New Mexico

Compensation: Competitive base pay plus incentive compensation

What you will do

  • Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
  • Convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans via proactive follow-up.
  • Build strategic relationships with hirify.global Preferred Agents and local partners.
  • Manage active pipelines using CRM, loan origination systems (LOS), and data-driven tools.
  • Collaborate with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
  • Maintain active licensing and stay current on lending programs and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions.
  • Active NMLS license or experience as a Loan Originator under a federal bank license.
  • Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
  • Physically located in and working remotely from New Mexico.
  • Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to perform in a structured, metrics-driven organization with clearly defined KPIs.
