What you will do

• Manage written and telephone correspondence with all parties involved in claims cases.
• Independently process and resolve claims in a timely and professional manner.
• Assess coverage, liability, and claim validity based on documentation.
• Settle justified claims and defend against unjustified ones.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strong customer service.

Requirements

• Completed training or qualification in insurance, finance, law, or a comparable field.
• Previous experience in claims handling, ideally in motor or property insurance.
• Very good command of German (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent, careful, and proactive work approach.
• Empathy and a strong customer-service mindset.
