TL;DR
Quality Inspector (Electronics Manufacturing): Inspecting incoming, in-process, and outgoing electronic products and documentation against applicable standards, specifications, and procedures with an accent on nonconformance reporting, shipment release, and quality records. Focus on interpreting technical drawings, preparing certificates of conformance, and supporting LEAN and 5S improvement activities.

Location: Onsite in Carrigaline, Ireland

What you will do

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections of products and associated documentation.
  • Evaluate products against applicable standards, specifications, and operating procedures.
  • Document inspection results and communicate nonconformances.
  • Release products for customer shipment by preparing certificates of conformance and required documentation.
  • File and archive quality records according to operating procedures.
  • Support production priorities, Operators, Test Technicians, and improvement activities such as LEAN and 5S.

Requirements

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing and familiarity with relevant inspection standards such as IPC-A-610.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and operating procedures.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Positive and flexible approach with the ability to prioritize work and complete tasks.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
