What you will do
- Identify defects in software and hardware through rigorous exploratory testing.
- Design complex network topologies to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Develop comprehensive test plans for new features and products.
- Collaborate with developers in an agile environment to integrate automated and manual testing strategies.
- Participate in software design and functional specification reviews from a customer-centric perspective.
- Execute test plans and validate defect resolutions.
Requirements
- BS in CS, CE, or EE with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols including Ethernet, VLANs, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and QoS.
- Proven expertise in creating test methodologies and writing detailed test plans.
- Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting languages.
Nice to have
- MS degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with IXIA or Spirent test tools.
- CCIE certification.
