What you will do

• Identify defects in software and hardware through rigorous exploratory testing.
• Design complex network topologies to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Develop comprehensive test plans for new features and products.
• Collaborate with developers in an agile environment to integrate automated and manual testing strategies.
• Participate in software design and functional specification reviews from a customer-centric perspective.
• Execute test plans and validate defect resolutions.

Requirements

• BS in CS, CE, or EE with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols including Ethernet, VLANs, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and QoS.
• Proven expertise in creating test methodologies and writing detailed test plans.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting languages.

Nice to have

• MS degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with IXIA or Spirent test tools.
• CCIE certification.
