What you will do

• Collaborate with Post Supervisors to organize and maintain edit projects.
• Assist in the restoration of archived media and troubleshooting offline media issues.
• Facilitate graphic requests and create screeners for review.
• Manage episode delivery processes while adhering to technical guidelines.
• Complete music cue sheets and assist in the creation of promotional materials.
• Ensure proper archiving and deletion of media upon project completion.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of editorial production experience in long-form programming.
• Entry-level proficiency in Avid, Airtable, Google Sheets, and video workflows.
• Must be willing and able to work weekends and flexible hours under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to handle confidential material with discretion.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong interest in true crime, investigative journalism, and current events.
