What you will do

• Lodge and manage new insurance claims, determining coverage through policy interpretation and analysis.
• Negotiate and collect customer excesses while educating clients on payment options.
• Manage financial outcomes by applying correct policy limits and leveraging preferred repair methods.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, and third parties to ensure efficient claim progression.
• Handle complaints and correspondence within agreed timeframes and service obligations.
• Identify and test process improvements to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the claims function.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Commerce is desired.
