What you will do

• Provision and configure bare-metal servers for OpenStack environments.
• Automate OS installations, updates, and configurations using Ansible.
• Design and maintain datacenter networking including VLANs, BGP, and routing.
• Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and OS-level issues impacting OpenStack.
• Collaborate with the OpenStack team to ensure seamless infrastructure integration.
• Monitor and optimize performance at the hardware and network layers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic.
• No relocation or visa sponsorship available.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Strong Linux system administration skills.
• Proficiency with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Experience with datacenter networking concepts and hardware.
• Understanding of OpenStack interaction with physical infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience with MAAS or Ironic.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and public cloud platforms.
• Contributions to open-source infrastructure projects.
