Salary: $130,970 - $183,680 USD (annual base)

What you will do
- Support Leave Management client meetings and implementations, including finalist presentations.
- Provide practical guidance to employers on applying state leave law provisions (including FMLA, ADA, PFML, paid sick leave, and pregnancy-related leave laws).
- Consult with distribution teams to increase sales in Absence and other Voya product lines.
- Deliver educational support to internal account teams, sales, and marketing; create and update marketing collateral based on market/regulatory changes.
- Represent Voya at industry events and conferences; build relationships with Leave Management Centers of Excellence from consulting partners to identify and engage new customers.
- Support training efforts and the RFP and finalist life cycle; maintain subject matter expertise across the client relationship from onboarding through renewal.
Requirements
- Seven (7) or more years of experience in leave management (in-house), consulting in absence/disability, or leave-related experience with an insurance carrier or leave administration vendor.
- Strong knowledge of leave-related laws and regulations: FMLA, State Leaves, ADA, PFML, paid sick leave, and pregnancy-related leave laws.
- Ability to support clients across the full lifecycle, from implementation through ongoing subject matter expertise.
