What you will do

• Copy edit newsletters and news stories during morning hours.
• Perform fact-checking as required.
• Initiate and track creative and editorial contracts for UK and US teams.
• Process content invoices and commissions.
• Onboard new contributors and vendors via internal systems.
• Manage daily queries regarding payment processes and account issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK.
• Ability to work from the office four days a week (Monday - Thursday).
• Experience with administrative processes including contracts, invoicing, and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Airtable and Google Workspace.
• Ability to communicate effectively with editors, contributors, and vendors.
