Senior Fullstack Developer (Healthcare)

Senior Fullstack Developer (Angular/Node.js): Developing AI-driven healthcare orchestration and billing systems with an accent on Agentic Development Life Cycle (ADLC) and high-performance SaaS architecture. What you will do

• Develop software using AI-assisted coding tools and modern ADLC practices.
• Design and implement new features and write comprehensive automated tests.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver milestones.
• Perform code reviews and ensure strict adherence to security and quality standards.
• Monitor features in production, identify risks, and implement necessary corrective actions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience in modern SaaS environments.
• Strong experience building interactive frontend applications with Angular.
• Excellent TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and NestJS development skills.
• Hands-on experience with distributed microservices and event-driven architectures (Azure Service Bus or Kafka).
• Experience designing and working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.

Nice to have

• Experience with Graph databases.
• Knowledge of combinatorial optimization or operations research.
• Familiarity with the FHIR healthcare interoperability standard.
• Understanding of the Quebec and Canadian healthcare ecosystem.
