What you will do

• Define the multi-year vision and strategy for the THX portfolio, including technologies, services, and certifications.
• Manage and grow a unified product organization, establishing a shared operating model for discovery and delivery.
• Translate the THX mission into actionable roadmaps that balance innovation, reliability, and partner needs.
• Align product and design strategy with engineering and research teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Drive investment decisions with strong financial and strategic framing.
• Track and define product and team OKRs to ensure alignment with global business goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including leadership of multi-product portfolios.
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling B2B, B2C, and B2B2C licensed technologies.
• Experience working with gaming OEMs, PC brands, or strategic partners.
• Direct experience with audio technologies such as spatial audio, DSP, and audio SW/HW integration.
• Experience leading international and diverse product teams.
• Excellent communication, influence, and storytelling skills.
