Product Developer (PC Gaming Keyboards)

What you will do

• Own the global roadmap and long-term category vision for PC gaming keyboards.
• Develop product strategies using market insights, competitive benchmarking, and evolving gamer needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and feature evolution through phase-out planning.
• Translate gamer feedback and market trends into product requirements, Product Requirement Specifications, and end-to-end user experiences.
• Lead collaboration with Engineering, Industrial Design, UX/UI, Marketing, and Quality teams to launch products on time and within budget.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and premium user experiences consistent with performance standards.

Requirements

• Passion for PC gaming and deep understanding of gaming culture, genres, and player needs.
• Degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of end-to-end product management experience.
• Technical background in electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Data-informed business and analytical thinking, with the ability to prioritize features and assess trade-offs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence engineering teams and senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience managing high-performance hardware or gaming peripherals such as mice, keyboards, or accessories.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
