What you will do

• Set the global visual strategy and uphold the brand's visual identity alongside the Global Creative Director.
• Lead and mentor visual teams across multiple markets to ensure consistent aesthetic quality.
• Oversee all aspects of photo shoot production, from commissioning to vendor management and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with editorial, sales, and video teams to execute high-impact visual stories across all platforms.
• Manage contracts, photo fees, and usage rights for all produced and researched imagery.
• Provide creative direction and editorial support for projects from inception to publication.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the visual production industry with significant magazine experience.
• Deep knowledge of photography history and art history.
• Proven track record as a people manager leading global teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong book of contacts including agencies, photographers, stylists, and studios.
• Excellent editorial judgment and ability to manage complex projects and deadlines.
• Ability to travel occasionally for assignments and shoots.
