Location: Remote (Must be based in the US; preferred locations are Las Vegas, NV or Pleasanton, CA)

Salary: $212,000–$266,000

What you will do

• Define and execute roadmaps for professional services aligned with market evolution and client feedback.
• Develop new product offerings for Ad Hoc, Packaged, and Transformational services across ERP, AI, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to drive new business attainment.
• Equip sales teams with value propositions, enablement materials, and competitive analysis.
• Own the P&L for the Support Services business, ensuring growth, profitability, and high client satisfaction.
• Serve as a thought leader for professional services both internally and externally.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product Management with increasing leadership responsibility.
• 10+ years of experience with SaaS and ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
• Proven track record of scaling businesses from $50M+ to $100M+ in revenue.
• Experience with P&L ownership and accountability for operational excellence.
• Ability to design executive-level presentations and communicate complex technical visions.
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters or MBA preferred.
