• Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements for clients in the banking and insurance sectors.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the financial services industry.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants to foster a culture of excellence.
• Develop thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and articles.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a top consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Deep knowledge of the Singapore financial services market, including regulatory landscapes and key players in Wealth & Asset Management.
• Proven track record in leading complex consulting projects from inception to delivery.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, networking, and proposal writing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a business portfolio and pursue a partnership track.
