What you will do

• Prepare U.S. federal tax returns, including Forms 1065, 1120-S, 1120, 1040, and 990, using CCH Axcess.
• Develop and organize tax workpapers to support official tax filings.
• Extract and review financial reports from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to facilitate tax preparation.
• Manage task status and client documentation using ClickUp and Canopy.
• Maintain professional communication with clients via Slack and email.
• Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to partners and management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in preparing U.S. tax returns.
• Proficiency with CCH Axcess software (highly preferred).
• Ability to generate and analyze financial reports from QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict tax deadlines.
