What you will do

• Define and improve metrics for product performance and operational efficiency.
• Collect, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources into usable formats.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions.
• Assess solutions through backtesting, A/B testing, and statistical modeling.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve the existing data landscape.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders to drive strategic improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, visualization, and ML packages).
• Expertise in causal inference methods and A/B test design.
• Experience with Spark, Metabase, and Grafana.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate effectively with development teams.
