What you will do

• Maintain and optimize the reliability, availability, and performance of production environments.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex application, database, and infrastructure issues.
• Participate in incident management, conduct root cause analysis, and contribute to post-incident reviews.
• Define and measure Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Objectives (SLOs).
• Develop proactive monitoring and alerting strategies to identify issues before they impact customers.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
• Strong experience with APM tools such as LogicMonitor, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, or Datadog.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration, IIS, .NET applications, and SQL Server performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud environments and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and ITIL principles.

Nice to have

• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Background in healthcare technology or patient care environments.
