What you will do

• Develop AI inference services and fine-tune models for specific product use cases.
• Optimize agentic workflows through reinforcement learning and fine-tuning.
• Improve evaluation frameworks and training pipelines for production models.
• Collaborate with platform tooling teams to productionize fine-tuned models.
• Guide strategic initiatives from concept to completion and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI and Machine Learning.
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade ML systems and scalable data pipelines.
• Proficiency in LLM techniques including LoRA, RLHF, RAG, and prompt optimization.
• Expertise in high-performance inference optimization (quantization, pruning, distillation).
• Experience building production-ready microservices and automated AI evaluation frameworks.
