Salary: $196,400 – $330,300 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of 6–10 frontend engineers across web, iOS, and Android.
• Own the UX roadmap and sprint planning for hirify.global's AI Mode across all platforms.
• Coach and develop engineers, providing feedback and supporting career growth.
• Partner with product, design, and AI/ML teams to align on requirements and UX principles.
• Champion AI-native development practices and tools within the team.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across web and mobile surfaces.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on frontend (web or mobile).
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Proven track record of shipping rich, user-facing experiences.
• Strong technical credibility in frontend development (React, TypeScript, Swift, or Kotlin).
• Experience driving outcomes through cross-functional influence and partnership.

Nice to have

• Experience building or managing teams working on AI-powered or agentic applications.
• Familiarity with multimodal input/output and streaming UX patterns.
• Experience leading cross-platform frontend teams and navigating platform-native vs. shared-component trade-offs.
