What you will do

• Lead the design of scalable and robust application architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Resolve complex architectural and technical issues to ensure high performance.
• Mentor and guide engineers on design patterns and coding standards.
• Explore and implement new technologies to improve product maintainability.
• Manage technical documentation and communicate architectural decisions across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Android development experience.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with agentic AI for development, debugging, and testing.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, MVP, and MVVM.
• Practical experience with SCRUM and CI/CD tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in SDK or framework development.
• Experience with WebView and embedded HTML5 games.
