What you will do

• Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin.
• Implement Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) modules to connect and manage inspection robots.
• Build scheduling and task management features for field inspection teams.
• Collaborate with designers to optimize UI/UX for demanding mobile environments.
• Ensure application observability through logging, monitoring, and error reporting.
• Improve QA via unit tests, automated UI tests, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack components.
• Familiarity with MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Experience working within agile teams.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth/BLE development (discovery, connection, data exchange).
• Background in robotics, IoT, or hardware-integrated applications.
