What you will do

• Lead system and solution architecture definition by translating product goals into technical frameworks.
• Drive platform and technology strategy for frontline worker products.
• Evaluate and validate architectures across chipset, hardware, firmware, software, and audio domains.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies to ensure project feasibility.
• Lead technical direction throughout the development lifecycle to ensure scalability and performance.
• Facilitate informed decision-making across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in R&D or system architecture for audio, communication, or IoT products.
• Proven expertise in chipset platforms, embedded software/firmware, and system integration.
• Strong experience with JDM or co-development models and supplier technical engagement.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional analytical and system-level thinking skills.
