Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada (hirify.global Hospital Site)

Compensation: $5,365.42 - $7,709.92 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Coordinate collaboration across investigators, trainees, and external partners to support research and training activities.
• Contribute to the development of research outputs, including grant applications and manuscripts.
• Identify funding opportunities and support strategic proposal development.
• Oversee the delivery of research-related events and engagement activities.
• Develop experiential learning pathways and identify engagement opportunities for trainees.
• Liaise with the biotechnology industry to foster academic-industry partnerships.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline with at least two years of related experience.
• Must be based in Vancouver, BC for onsite work at the hirify.global Hospital Site.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in a research environment.
• Ability to exercise tact, discretion, and diplomacy when handling confidential data.

Nice to have

• MD or PhD in a relevant discipline.
• Three years of experience in research coordination or grant writing.
• Knowledge Translation Professional certification.
• Experience working with Patient-Oriented Research or partners with lived experience.
