What you will do

• Define and manage the product and service range to meet market and client requirements and trends.
• Provide technical expertise during business development and bid stages to ensure competitive and viable technical solutions.
• Develop technical proposals and detailed costing sheets.
• Guide project delivery teams during execution to ensure products are safe, manufacturable, and delivered on budget and time.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to project engineers to ensure value-added deliverables.
• Offer technical expertise during the assembly, commissioning, and installation phases of projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Specialist knowledge and experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment.
• Proven experience in design, manufacture, and commissioning of Sub Sea Vehicles, Cable lay, Pipe lay, LARS, or offshore handling equipment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of materials, hydraulics, FEA, and international engineering design codes/standards.
• Ability to lead and provide technical guidance to project engineering teams.
