Location: Must be based in Downers Grove, Illinois (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office required).

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop product segment research and analysis on ETFs and broader financial markets.
• Create and update product materials to effectively position investment offerings.
• Lead and project manage research initiatives assigned by senior leadership.
• Partner with strategists and specialists to support client needs and ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Portfolio Management, and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of investment management or research experience.
• ETF and index familiarity and industry experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting market data.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage objectives effectively.

Nice to have

• CFA track or progress towards advanced certification.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, FactSet, or Python.
• Understanding of factor, thematic, or fixed-income investing.
• Active Series 7 & 63 licenses.
