What you will do

• Build and scale infrastructure to test emerging AI-powered experiences with real users before launch.
• Treat testing infrastructure as a product by prototyping, iterating, and scaling based on real-world use.
• Define and implement standards for pre-production testing to ensure repeatable, evidence-based decision-making.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams to translate testing needs into practical workflows.
• Advocate for strong learning practices and technical fluency within cross-functional research conversations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience as a builder, turning ambiguous or fragmented processes into scalable tools and systems.
• Technical fluency to partner with engineers and understand AI-enabled system architecture.
• Strong research judgment with an understanding of credible user testing and experimentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research disciplines.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define paths forward in complex organizational environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting or lightweight coding (Python, JavaScript).
• API fluency, including configuring and debugging service connections.
• Familiarity with dev environments, terminal usage, and Git.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Replit, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Background in research or testing platform management.
