What you will do

• Lead day-to-day community operations and communication cadences for Marvel Strike Force.
• Execute community strategy across platforms, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
• Manage and coach a team of community managers and specialists.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Live Ops teams to align community insights with game updates.
• Monitor player sentiment and synthesize feedback into actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee the editorial content pipeline and support creator-led initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community, social, or player engagement roles.
• Proven experience managing community programs for live-service games.
• Strong editorial instincts and ability to adapt tone for different player situations.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Live Ops teams.
• Data-informed mindset with experience using engagement signals to improve outcomes.
• English proficiency required for all professional communication and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with large midcore, live-operated F2P mobile games.
• Background in supporting creator programs and community-led content initiatives.
