• Analyze, design, and develop new processes, programs, and configurations considering complex system-wide inter-relationships.
• Provide system-wide support and maintenance for complex business processes using current IT toolsets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems where precedents do not exist.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and system stability.
• Perform full life-cycle testing, including unit and integration testing across platforms.
• Create and maintain applications and databases focused on data collection, reporting, and specification systems.

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration (or 10 years of IT experience in lieu of degree).
• 5+ years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with business process groups.
• Proficiency in system design and database development.
