Salary: $96,900–$114,000 USD (Zone 2)

What you will do

  • Coach and develop a team of customer experience professionals to meet qualitative and quantitative performance targets.
  • Cultivate an inclusive team culture aligned with company values.
  • Guide the team through organizational change with clear communication.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex inquiries regarding stock trading, corporate actions, and market mechanics.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on equities, options, margin, and futures.

Requirements

  • Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 (or 9/10) licenses required.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Denver, CO or Westlake, TX office.
  • Prior leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Deep knowledge of financial services, specifically equities and corporate actions.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
