TL;DR

Working Student (Robotics/Computer Vision): Contributing to the development of multidisciplinary systems for real-world R&D challenges with an accent on robotics, computer vision, and embedded software. Focus on applying Python, C++, and ROS to build innovative physical solutions within an agile, interdisciplinary team.

Location: Must be based in or near Munich, Germany (Hybrid role with up to 50% remote work).

What you will do

  • Collaborate in small, agile teams on innovative R&D projects.
  • Develop and integrate software for robotics and computer vision applications.
  • Apply machine learning models like YOLO and LVMs to solve complex technical problems.
  • Work across traditional boundaries of software, electronics, and mechanics.
  • Participate in technical interviews and project kickoffs within the talent pool network.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Machine Learning.
  • Proven practical experience with Python, C++, ROS, or Embedded C.
  • Familiarity with CV tools such as YOLO, LVMs, or object detection models.
  • Motivation to develop technically and personally in an R&D environment.
  • Must be based in Munich, Germany for hybrid collaboration.
