What you will do

• Support the development and improvement of benchmark discrete semiconductors.
• Perform electrical characterization measurements in the R&D lab.
• Automate measurement setups to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on device property analysis.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Basic programming knowledge, preferably in Python.
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, pulse generators, and high-voltage equipment is preferred.
• Precise, observant, and self-reliant work ethic.
