What you will do

• Work end-to-end on product design by talking to users, extracting needs, and translating them into clear, simple solutions.
• Lead design projects from inception through execution with strong, independent design opinions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product directors as the design conscience for the area.
• Drive hypothesis generation and experimentation, including A/B testing and data-informed decision-making.
• Use KPIs and success metrics to align design work with business and user value.
• Apply systems thinking and component-based design principles to scale design practices across teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a track record of leading successful design projects from inception to execution.
• Expertise with Figma and experience integrating AI-first workflows using tools such as Claude, Gemini, Stitch, or other AI agents.
• Experience with hypothesis generation, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with product management, research, engineering, and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of systems thinking and component-based design principles.

• Experience working with data, business KPIs, and success metrics to guide design efforts.
