What you will do

• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert for DLP and CASB products for customers and internal teams.
• Lead solution troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, and break/fix scenarios in customer environments.
• Collaborate to develop, configure, and tune security policies and detection rules.
• Ensure optimal system configuration and server tuning to support growing customer environments.
• Escalate complex technical problems to product vendors and internal engineering resources.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of comprehensive experience with DLP or CASB solutions.
• Strong background in corporate networking, technical support, and system administration (Windows/Unix/Linux).
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with web proxies or email gateways.
• Proficiency in MSSQL or Oracle databases.
• Scripting skills in Python, Perl, Java, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, Network+, or Security+.
