What you will do

• Manage a team of 10+ PAYE operatives for reactive maintenance repairs.
• Oversee complex works and projects through site visits and client correspondence.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards and practices.
• Provide quotes to clients using Schedule of Rates.
• Liaise with residents and manage complaint works.
• Attend regular client meetings to provide progress updates.

Requirements

• Valid driving license required.
• In-date DBS check required.
• Asbestos awareness certificate.
• Experience managing multi-trade operatives and sub-contractors.
• Strong IT knowledge.
• Experience within the housing sector preferred.
