What you will do

• Drive the technical strategy for Retail Media Ad Solutions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Design and lead the development of Node.js/TypeScript microservices using a clean and modular architecture.
• Develop high-performance frontend applications using React, Next.js, and Material-UI with complex form logic.
• Optimize real-time and high-throughput data systems integrating MongoDB, Redis, and Algolia.
• Implement reliable message queueing across distributed services using BullMQ and RabbitMQ.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to align technical efforts with strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Several years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a Lead or Principal Engineer role.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and cloud-native system design.
• At least 3 years of experience in AdTech (Retail Media highly preferred), including targeting and attribution models.
• Proven experience building scalable microservices and frontend applications in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and influence product outcomes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and cross-functional environments.
