What you will do

• Take ownership of end-to-end platform development with a strong emphasis on backend systems and APIs.
• Design and shape APIs, data models, and service boundaries.
• Implement and maintain backend services, PostgreSQL databases, and infrastructure.
• Build and integrate frontend features to improve overall performance and test coverage.
• Contribute to system design and high-level architecture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in modern full-stack development.
• Robust skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and relational databases.
• Valid EU work permit.
• Professional proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Experience with unit, integration, E2E, and load testing.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience working in healthcare or other regulated environments.
