TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Developer (TypeScript/React/Node.js): Replacing legacy tools and improving a cloud-based, mobile-first product used daily by maintenance teams, with an accent on clean architecture, maintainable code, and modern fast UI. Focus on translating (sometimes contradictory) customer feedback into a roadmap, making architecture decisions, and delivering shipped product improvements directly with the CTO.
Location: Berlin, Germany (preferred). Remote work possible from any location.
Salary: EUR 55,000–75,000 yearly

What you will do
- Work directly with the CTO to improve a live product and replace legacy tools.
- Own code quality with a focus on clean architecture, maintainable code, and thorough pull request reviews.
- Translate customer feedback into product decisions and help shape a practical roadmap.
- Design and implement modern, intuitive UI so the app feels fast and obvious to use.
- Make architecture decisions independently and communicate the reasoning clearly.
- Pair-program when it helps and keep the ticket system clean and actionable.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a fullstack developer with a strong track record of shipped products.
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Bun as a runtime.
- Ability to make architecture decisions and explain the reasoning behind them.
- Comfort working with customer feedback and turning it into product decisions.
- Strong communication skills and a self-directed working style.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or industrial software.
- Experience mentoring developers via code review, pair programming, or technical leadership.
- Familiarity with maintenance, asset management, or industrial tech.
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or comparable LLM-based coding tools).
