Senior Fullstack Developer

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Developer (TypeScript/React/Node.js): Replacing legacy tools and improving a cloud-based, mobile-first product used daily by maintenance teams, with an accent on clean architecture, maintainable code, and modern fast UI. Salary: EUR 55,000–75,000 yearly

What you will do

• Work directly with the CTO to improve a live product and replace legacy tools.
• Own code quality with a focus on clean architecture, maintainable code, and thorough pull request reviews.
• Translate customer feedback into product decisions and help shape a practical roadmap.
• Design and implement modern, intuitive UI so the app feels fast and obvious to use.
• Make architecture decisions independently and communicate the reasoning clearly.
• Pair-program when it helps and keep the ticket system clean and actionable.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a fullstack developer with a strong track record of shipped products.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Bun as a runtime.
• Ability to make architecture decisions and explain the reasoning behind them.
• Comfort working with customer feedback and turning it into product decisions.
• Strong communication skills and a self-directed working style.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or industrial software.
• Experience mentoring developers via code review, pair programming, or technical leadership.
• Familiarity with maintenance, asset management, or industrial tech.
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or comparable LLM-based coding tools).
