What you will do

• Answer health and safety calls from consumers and healthcare professionals regarding human and animal products.
• Document adverse event reports and product quality complaints in the safety database.
• Provide accurate drug information based on client specifications.
• Assess case severity, consistency, and causality for adverse event reports.
• Prepare specialized reports for regulatory bodies like the FDA, PMRA, and NASC.
• Mentor staff and assist in developing call center training programs.

Requirements

• Degree: RN, RPh, PharmD, DVM or equivalent.
• Current professional license appropriate to the degree.
• Availability to work night shifts (US CST), weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer systems and keyboarding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to translate complex medical information for diverse audiences.
