What you will do

• Perform layout implementation and verification for high-speed and precision analog circuits.
• Collaborate with designers to run simulations and iteratively refine layouts using Cadence Virtuoso.
• Manage the full development cycle including floorplanning, layout, verification, and delivery.
• Participate in project lifecycle meetings as a technical mentor and team contributor.
• Share knowledge and provide status updates to global teams across different time zones.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Pavia, Italy, 5 days per week.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent fundamental understanding of electrical concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering high-speed or precision analog circuits in multiple process nodes.
• Proficiency in CAD tools for microelectronic layout implementation beyond schematics.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Excellent communication skills for technical collaboration and status reporting.
