Salary: €61,600 – €96,200 per year.

What you will do

• Lead engineering projects to execute high-volume manufacturing yield roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Technology Development and Yield teams to implement new technologies.
• Identify root causes of yield and performance issues and execute mitigation plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies and experiments to characterize processes.
• Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) and optimize processes to meet customer specifications.
• Partner with local teams to improve product yield, quality, and reduce wafer costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience in advanced node semiconductor industry, specifically in FEOL Process Integration.
• Proficient understanding of Device Physics, including FinFET or Gate-All-Around technology.
• Familiarity with module processes such as lithography, dry/wet etch, CMP, diffusion, and metrology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
• Experience in project/program management or as a TFT lead.
• Background in new semiconductor technology development.
• Experience engaging with external foundry customers.
