What you will do

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for large, high-risk, and multi-region modernization initiatives.
• Define project scope and objectives while preventing scope creep through continuous stakeholder alignment.
• Act as the primary customer interface, building trust-based relationships and ensuring customer-centric outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify revenue opportunities and align project delivery with strategic business goals.
• Monitor project risks, financial health, and KPIs to ensure projects remain on track and profitable.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing standardized policies and process improvements across the delivery organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive project management experience in enterprise software or professional services.
• 6+ years of experience leading senior-level project managers in a strategic or operational capacity.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business transformation in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with revenue recognition, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2) is required.
