What you will do

• Oversee the production and maintenance of core sales and marketing collateral, including factsheets, presentations, and performance reports.
• Partner with client portfolio managers and investment teams to ensure alignment between investment capabilities and commercial priorities.
• Act as a player/coach by managing and mentoring a team of product managers while maintaining hands-on responsibility for specific investment strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant product messaging and timely delivery of regulatory and governance materials.
• Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Manage quality control for product-related content and ensure accuracy across all client-facing platforms.

Requirements

• 7-9+ years of experience in financial services, specifically asset management.
• Strong understanding of fixed income asset classes and financial markets.
• Proven experience in a player/coach role managing a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Morningstar, eVestment, and Bloomberg.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with a focus on data management.
• Undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline.
