What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Optimize existing services for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Implement integrations with internal and external systems including payments and game providers.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure efficient delivery through the SDLC.
• Participate in design sessions and provide technical insights on feasibility.
• Engage in incident investigation and post-deployment verification.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in server-side web development with C# and .NET.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC frameworks.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kafka, and Redis.
• English: Intermediate level required for documentation and daily meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and distributed monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Exposure to high-load, regulated systems such as iGaming or FinTech.
• Knowledge of legacy modules including VB, Web Forms, or JavaScript.
