What you will do

• Lead system maintenance and continuous improvement of government facility software.
• Design and develop new system areas, processes, and business logic.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure overall system stability.
• Conduct code reviews and guide refactoring efforts.
• Mentor new developers and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland or Ukraine
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Deep understanding of .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core internals
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET WebForms and custom-developed frameworks
• Proficiency in C# and T-SQL
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required
