Salary: $96,900 – $114,000 USD (Zone 2 compensation)

• Coach and develop a team of customer experience professionals to meet qualitative and quantitative performance targets.

• Guide the team through organizational change with clear communication.
• Provide subject matter expertise on equities, corporate actions, and retirement topics.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 (or 9/10) licenses required.
• Prior leadership experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Deep subject matter knowledge in financial services, specifically equities and corporate actions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for mentorship.
• Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX.
• Availability to work shifts within a seven-day operation (7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET).
