What you will do

• Own the development and management of the investment proposition strategy across insured and OEIC fund ranges.
• Deliver a multi-year roadmap to strengthen competitiveness within UK Centralised Investment and Retirement Propositions.
• Collaborate with the Life Investment Office to ensure market-led design and consistent narrative across multi-asset solutions.
• Provide senior leadership on ESG and responsible investment integration within proposition design.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while managing cross-functional governance with Risk, Compliance, and Distribution.
• Ensure all propositions meet UK regulatory standards, including Consumer Duty and target market definitions.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in investment management, wealth, insurance, or DFM environments.
• Deep knowledge of the UK retail investment market, adviser-facing ecosystems, and investment communication.
• Proven expertise in retirement-focused solutions, decumulation, and volatility management.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate complex investment concepts for wealth advisers.
• Demonstrated experience in governance, risk management, and delivering sustainable customer outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-asset portfolios, smoothed funds, and OEIC structures.
• Proven track record in MPS design and governance, including hybrid or co-manufactured solutions.
• Experience shaping ESG and responsible investment strategies, including stewardship and sustainability claims.
